Responsibilities
• Drive the successful administration of employee recognition programs by processing recognition awards, validating data, and ensuring timely program execution.
• Manage weekly recognition file loads and program award processing to support a seamless employee experience.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly audits of compensation and recognition data, identify discrepancies, and help strengthen data quality and process accuracy.
• Reconcile recognition program invoices and finance reports, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with internal controls.
• Research, resolve, and document employee recognition and compensation inquiries through HR Central, delivering responsive and customer-focused support.
• Maintain and enhance recognition resources, including knowledge articles, forms, and process documentation, to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Produce and support recognition and compensation reporting requests, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver consistent program administration.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compensation and recognition programs.
• Support compensation operations and other work projects as needed, such as reviewing compensation offers, processing job and pay changes, data validation, and assisting with surveys/marketing pricing activities.
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of Human Resources, Compensation, Recognition, HR Operations, or related experience.
• Experience working with HR systems, databases, or employee programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and validate data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting compensation, recognition, payroll, or broader HR operations programs.
• Knowledge of Workday or a similar Human Capital Management system.
• Familiarity with market pricing activities and compensation survey processes a plus.
• Experience participating in audits, compliance reviews, or process improvement initiatives.
• Financial acumen and experience supporting invoice reconciliation or reporting activities.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 26 - 39 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
