Our goal is to find a motivated, personable, and dependable individual who will help us provide exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a part-time Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and staff in a professional, client-focused law office environment.
This position is ideal for a current undergraduate student or an individual seeking flexible part-time employment with an established law firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen administrative, communication, and office management skills while gaining exposure to the legal profession.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to attorneys and office staff
Assist with client communications and customer service
Prepare, format, and organize documents using Microsoft Word
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Answer phones and assist with general office duties
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic computer applications
Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
