Oatey is currently seeking college students for the summer of 2027 to join our award-winning program: The Oatey Intern Experience. Oatey offers a 12-week summer internship that will expose you to meaningful work and exceed your expectations. Our interns deliver excellence through high engagement and performance, which is why we often hire them post-graduation*. * Based on outstanding performance and organizational needs What we’re looking for… Oatey Intern Experience supports our growing organization by attracting talented students to develop them into future leaders. It is unique with one-on-one mentorship, developmental feedback and coaching, lunch series, engaging networking events and weekly forums. You will work closely with experts to develop your skills and gain valuable insight in your chosen career field. Additionally, you’ll have exposure to all leadership levels of Oatey. Oatey offers a vigorous program that includes: Learning and Development Peer Mentoring Challenging Team Projects Community Involvement Product Management Intern Position Summary Oatey's Product Management Team is looking for qualified interns to join our department. Our team focuses on developing product strategies and executing product roadmaps that supports the business unit's objectives and strengthen Oatey's position in the marketplace. This intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Product Management. Expectations & Accountabilities… Assesses competitors by benchmarking the company's products to competitor products Participate in Voice of Customer (VOC) research Assist in planning and carrying out product launches Assist with driving projects through the New Product Development process Assist with executing new and existing product/program launch materials Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials Carryout daily and weekly product maintenance activities What you’ll need to be successful… Education: Oatey is looking for an undergraduate student who is majoring in Business Management or Marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter mentality Knowledge of Office 365 software including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Qualifications that will set you apart… Consumer packaged goods experience is a plus and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position. Compensation Range for the Position: $20.00 USDHourly Target Cash Profit Sharing for the Position: N/A Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
