Servers / Waitstaff

$23–$30/Hour Projected Earnings + Benefits

4th Street Cellars is a new restaurant, brewery, and wine bar opening in historic downtown Hermann, Missouri. We’re looking for friendly, motivated Servers to join our opening team and help create an exceptional experience for both locals and visitors to Missouri Wine Country.

Compensation & Benefits

• $8.00/hour base wage + tips
• $23–$30/hour projected total earnings
• Projection based on anticipated sales, table turnover, average check, occupancy, and an 20%+ average guest gratuity

*Projected earnings are estimates and may vary based on sales volume, guest gratuities, hours worked, and individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Learn and confidently present our menu, wines, craft beers, cocktails, and specials
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, hosts, and management
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Follow all food safety and alcohol-service requirements

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in food, wine, craft beer, and hospitality
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
